Shipping Policy

We take bookings up to 6 months in advance. The charge to your credit card at the time of confirmation secures your booking.  Through submitting your order you agree to authorise us to charge your payment method for the rental fee and shipping.

Please select a delivery date a minimum of 2 (or 3) business days prior to your event to allow for postal delivery times.

Orders are sent by Australia Express Post using the Express Post network on business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day.

Any item(s) required to be delivered on a Monday, must be booked a minimum of 2 business days in advance so we can post with Australia Express Post by 12pm on the prior Thursday.

We charge an Australia Post Express delivery fee of $25.00 for delivery and return with an expected delivery timeframe of 1 – 3 business days. 

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when you place your order.  We are unable to guarantee delivery if your details are incorrect.
