At Lois & Co, it is not our policy to offer refunds on hire fees for incorrect sizing, style issues, change of mind or cancellations of bookings.
However, taking all the circumstances into consideration, at our discretion, refunds may be provided in situations where we believe we have been at fault.
Should you receive an item that is not as we described in the Product description or is faulty, please contact us immediately on 0404 033 900 and we will arrange an exchange, a credit voucher for the full value of the booking fee, or a refund of the booking fee once we have received that garment back at Lois & Co.
Using the Australia Post Express Post network means that postal delays are rare, but if your garment delivery is delayed due to Australia Post delays, it is outside the control of Lois & Co. If this does occur, we will offer you a refund of the hire cost (less the $25.00 postage fee), or a credit voucher for the value of the booking fee, valid for 12 months once we have received the garment back.
We do not offer refunds for a hire cancellation due to 'change of mind'. Hiring a garment from us is at your own risk in terms of how it will suit you, its fit or in person appearance.
We do not offer refunds for not wearing a garment. Please remember we have undertaken the work to complete your rental and have fulfilled our service to you. This may include removing the garment from our Collections for the period of your hire thereby removing its availability from other customers.
We do not offer refunds for sizing or fit related issues. We do our very best to provide label sizes, garment measurements, recommended sizing, appearance, length and more on our Collection listings. We have provided a size guide for each garment and are happy to discuss our opinion on the sizing/fit of a garment. Without being able to see you in the garment, please note our recommendations may not always be entirely accurate or represent the actual fit on you. Please also ensure you refer to our measuring guide and measure yourself against the garment Sizing chart provided prior to booking.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please provide all the details and reasons for a refund request to us by email to lois@loisandco.com.au
If we agree that in the circumstances you should receive a refund, we will notify you by email and let you know you. If approved, you will be manually refunded within 10 business days. We may request your bank account details to enable a direct deposit to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at lois@loisandco.com.au
