Aside from saving you money and wardrobe space, renting garments is an environmentally friendly option too. Every year, Australians dispose of a large volume of clothing waste into landfill. By hiring from us, you extend the lifespan of beautiful garments that would otherwise be worn on maybe a few special occasions and left lonely to collect dust. Browse our collection, choose your outfit, and let us know your preferred delivery date and duration (4 or 8 days). We will make sure it’s ready and with you for your special day. Please select a date a minimum of 2 - 3 days prior to your event to allow for any postal delays. After use, return it to us in the prepaid Australia Express Post satchel and we will look after the rest.
Please note that any items required for a Monday delivery must be booked 2 business days in advance so we can post with Australia Express Post by 12pm on the prior Thursday AEST.
After we have dispatched your selection, we will send you the tracking number of your package to your email address provided.
If you have any photos of you looking fabulous in your outfit you wouldn’t mind us sharing - send them our way, and where we feature customer content on our social media plaforms, you will receive a $20.00 credit voucher by email for your next hire as a thank you!
Please select your preferred delivery date as the first day of your hire. We take into account that your selection will need to be dispatched in time to reach you on that date.
As much as we’d love to, at this stage we do not have a physical store to facilitate try-ons. However, for a $38.50 fee (GST inclusive) plus postage, we will send you your choice to try on at home. You will have 24 hours to try it on, then simply return it to us in the Express Post satchel provided the next day. If you love the outfit, let us know either by email or call on 0404 033 900 and we will provide you with a discount code to reduce your hire fee by $35.00 and simply charge you card with the difference. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks prior to your event to allow time for a second selection to reach you if you decide to not wear your first selection.
We do take bookings up to 6 months in advance if you are planning ahead for an extra special occasion. You can take advantage of the Try On At Home option and pre-book using the same criteria as above. Once you have selected your garment using the Try on At Home option, contact us either by email to lois@loisandco.com.au or on 0404 033 900 for the discount code to reduce your hire fee by $35.00.
If your event is more than 6 months away, please contact us and we will arrange to manually book your selection for your preferred delivery date.
We do provide detailed sizing information and are happy to assist you in choosing the right fit. We are just a call or email away.
We are aware that body shapes and sizes vary, and even a garment labelled as a particular size may vary between manufacturers. For this reason, we provide the measurements for each garment which is available in the chart in the Sizing section (directly below the Booking Calendar).

Should your event be Interstate or a Destination Wedding and you believe you will need more time than either a 4 day or 8 day hire provides, please contact us by email at lois@loisandco.com.au or on 0404 033 900. We are happy to discuss alternative arrangements with you.
We will do our best to ensure your selection arrives wrinkle free. After being steamed and pressed, all dresses are packaged in tissue and garment postal packing before being delivered.
Some fabrics do wrinkle more than others and if your dress arrives with slight creases please try steaming on a low heat (please do not attempt to iron the garment), or alternatively if you hang it in a steamy bathroom, the steam will assist is removing any creasing.
As we are using the Australia Post Express Post network with guaranteed delivery, in the rare case that there are postal delays please contact us on 0404 033 900 and we will endeavour to assist in resolving the issue for you.

We provide convenient round-trip shipping. Simply put your garment to return in the prepaid Express Post satchel provided and drop it off at your nearest Post Office (over the counter if possible to activate the tracking code, or if not, drop it in the Yellow Express Post Box).
You select either a 4 day hire, 8 day hire option or the Try On option and the hire rate, inclusive of GST, is calculated at that point. The hire rate shown includes cleaning and our $100 minor damage insurance. The delivery and return shipping of your outfit is calculated and added at check out.
We expect our customers to take reasonable care of the hired item. However, it is possible some damage may occur. For minor damage that is repairable for a cost of less than $100.00, we will not charge customers (it is covered in the insurance included in the hire charge). Please let us know so we can attend to it on return.
Repair or cleaning that will be more than $100 will be assessed on a case-by-case basis as to whether or not the customer will be required to pay any difference. Customers will be notified of any additional charges .
Not to worry. Simply contact us with your preferences and we will do our best to source your dream outfit in the right size and colour and add it to our collection for you to hire. There will be no extra charges for you for this service.
We would love to assess your dress and add it to our Designs from the Wardrobe Collection if it is suitable.

A cancellation fee per order applies to all cancelled bookings.
If you wish to cancel a Booking, a cancellation request must be submitted to us via email to lois@loisandco.com.au within 3 days prior the delivery start date.
If your booking is cancelled 14 days or less before shipment, we will issue you with a credit voucher equal to the value of your booking minus a cancellation fee of $15.00.
Once a product has been dispatched a request for a credit voucher equal to the value of your booking minus a cancellation fee of $15.00 will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the expectation the garment will be returned to Lois & Co immediately upon receipt.
