In Navy and constructed in a blend of 87% polyester and 13% spandex, this A-line style skirt features a flattering V-neck, 3/4 length flutter sleeves, and fully lined. Sprinkled with sparkles, and with a belted waist detail, this luxurious design exudes grace and elegance. Can be styled as a Maxi or Full Length Gown and fits sizes 14 -16.
